We are based in the The Health Centre attached to the Millennium Memorial Hall in Kings Sutton.
As you turn in to the car park you will see a green door on the right (see picture). Please come in here. When you go through the door please turn right and go into the waiting room.
Parking is free and there is a space reserved for disabled parking right outside the door.
If you will need help getting out of your car and into the clinic please let us know.
