Lindsay qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of West of England in 2009 and has been working with us at Neurobility since 2023.
She first found a passion for neurology during her training whilst on placement in an inpatient Neuro Ward. She started her career working at Northampton General Hospital where she gained experience in many areas of physiotherapy and spent time working with the community stroke team.
Lindsay specialised in neurology in 2014. Since then she has built and developed her neuro rehab skills and utilises a variety of techniques from hands on therapy to Pilates and assistive technology so that she can tailor a rehab package to suit each individual’s needs and goals.
Lindsay can adapt to work in any environment with a wealth of experience working in people’s own homes or clinics as well as in gyms or workplaces. She loves to see how confidence and independence can flourish with effective client driven goal setting and using the latest evidence based practice. Lindsay is really adaptable and can think outside of the box to solve problems and help her clients to achieve the very best outcomes.
During her career, she has developed a high level of competency in assessing and managing a complex and varied caseload of clients with neurological conditions, which include but are not limited to, stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson’s, MND and cerebral palsy.
Outside of work she has a busy home life with two beautiful young girls. They enjoy adventures in their campervan, escaping to the coast at every opportunity!
